Returns & Exchange

If you are unhappy with your order for whatever reason, you may return or exchange your purchase within 14 days from the date received.

• All items must be in their original, unworn condition to be accepted for returns/exchange.
• Any damage to the merchandise or the original shoe box (tape, shipping labels, or markings) will void any return and result in the items being returned to you.
• Please note that it may take 3-10 business days for a refund to process through to your account.
• If you believe there is a defect with the merchandise, please contact us about returning or replacing your shoes. Normal or abnormal wear and tear are not considered a manufacturer's defect.
• Returns will be refunded back to the original form of payment.
• Sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
